Real Social Signals offers an affiliate program which pays affiliates commissions for each successful referral. All affiliates must agree to the following terms:

1) Joining our Affiliate Program is free, as well as the participation of Affiliates in our Affiliate Program is always voluntary. Affiliates may not solicit payments to sign-up other Affiliates and may not offer cash incentives to referred customers of Sub-Affiliates in any way

2) Affiliates earn 25% commission on the first order from a newly referred customer. Payouts can be made after affiliates have earned at least $10 in commissions, and no less than 30 days have passed from the last referral they wish to receive a payout.

3) Commissions are paid on legitimate, verified, completed sale referrals of our products and services. This means that a customer visits our website through your referral link or promotional code and successfully places an order. Commissions are only paid for new customers sent to Real Social Signals who have never purchased our products or services before.
Commissions are not paid for customers who have purchased our services in the past or for sales which are not completed through our website. Commission will also not be paid on purchases referred before you signed up to become an Affiliate.

4) Real Social Signals reserves the right to verify all sales and ensure the referred customer is a new customer before rewarding commissions. When a customer is referred to our website and places an order, the referral will initially appear as “Unverified” on your “Affiliate Referral” page. If the referral meets all necessary requirements, it will be marked as “Verified” within 48 hours. If the referral is marked as “Refused” this means that it has not met the requirements and you will not receive commission for it. Affiliates reserve the right to ask for an update or clarification for every referral.

5) Affiliates who refer customers that issue a charge back or that are found to be fraudulent (e.g. false information, fake/stolen credit cards etc.) will have their commissions reversed regardless of the amount of time that has passed since the referral occurred.

6) Real Social Signals reserves the right to wait up to 45 days before clearing a commission for release to an Affiliate in case of possible payment fraud.

7) All Affiliates are required to maintain an active account to receive payments. Affiliates who have not made any new referrals within a ten-month period can have their account marked as inactive. Inactive accounts do not receive commissions. If no further referrals come from an inactive account that account can be terminated at any point of our choosing without further notice to the Affiliate. If an inactive account makes a new referral prior to termination, that inactive account it will be reactivated and previous commission payments will be made as before.

8) Affiliates MAY NOT use traffic that is generated from pop-up/under ads, SPAM, unsolicited or unwelcomed mass e-mail campaigns, purchased traffic or similar methods. You may promote your Affiliate link using legitimate pay-per-click advertising such as Google AdWords, and with legitimate opt-in email marketing to people known to you or who are in your opt-in network.

9) Affiliates are free to use our trademark, logo or other unique creations including any promotional text found on our website, and display them on their own site or subdomain with the purpose of promoting our products and services in a positive way to encourage new referrals.

10) You, the affiliate, will operate independently of Real Social Signals, and nothing in our Terms of Service will create a partnership, joint venture, agency franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the You and Real Social Signals. You have no authority to make or accept offers or representations on Real Social Signals behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in our Terms of Service. You are not an agent of Real Social Signals, and Real Social Signals expressly disclaims responsibility for any conduct by you in violation to this Terms of Service. Real Social Signals offers this Affiliate Program at its sole discretion and reserves the right to alter these terms and restrict access of any Affiliates.

11) As an Affiliate you agree that you have no ownership in the referred customers as clients of Real Social Signals and that the ownership of your referred customer’s purchases, potential future purchases, and asset value belong solely to Real Social Signals.

12) All Affiliates must act in good faith toward Real Social Signals and must take no action that would negatively hurt our image or cause us to lose customers (whether the customer is referred by you or otherwise obtained). Affiliates must always interact with Real Social Signals staff in a professional manner and complaints, if any, should be lodged in writing through support.

By creating an Affiliate Account, you signify your Acceptance to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an Affiliate Account. Your continued use of the Site, following the posting of changes to our Terms Of Service page will be deemed as your acceptance to those changes.
